Trump scores MAJOR Supreme Court win on mail-in voting restrictions before midterms !
"Supreme Court to allowed the Trump to enforce revised "mail-ballot restrictions" !!
In a 6-3 decision, the Supreme Court handed the Trump administration a victory on Monday, allowing it to enforce President Donald Trump’s "election integrity" executive order restricting mail-in voting ahead of the November midterms.
The high court lifted an injunction that had blocked the order in 23 states that challenged it after the administration appealed in July.
The U.S. Postal Service and Justice Department said they would immediately implement the revised mail-ballot restrictions after the ruling.

AMERICA, and AMERICANS, NEED to WAKE up… There is NOTHING “Democratic” about the CURRENT American “Democrat Party”! SO... WHAT does THAT MEAN?
Most immediately, IT MEANS... that the ruling clears the path for the U.S. Postal Service to check its distribution of mail-in ballots against a CURRENT list of U.S. citizens (maintained by the Department of Homeland Security)... and THAT of course mans:
1) The Postal service will NOT send mail in ballots to ANYONE who who is NOT a U,S. Citizen,
2) It will quickly determine HOW MANY illegals there are currently ARE ON the U.S. voter rolls (which Democrats have said is a 'MINOR' issues, for years), and possibly EXPOSE the TRUTH to America... OR, the States will HIDE their voter rolls, and somehow try to ILLEGALLY get Mail in ballots to illegal voters... BUT, if that happens... those who do it will be in a WORLD if HURT... I.e. Willfully and Intentionally committing VOTER FRAUD, against Federal LAW !
3) Voting will almost over night become 50% (or MORE) more honest than it has been in DECADES !
and 4) There is NOT MUCH the CORRUPT & Democrat controlled states can LEGALLY do to STOP IT !!
But it’s also a significant political victory for the Trump administration as it has advocated against the widespread use of mail-in-voting, citing what it believes is a heightened vulnerability to tampering and voter fraud.

The Postmaster General has already talked about it... They (i.e. the Feds) want the electronic voter rolls of all 50 states, and they will electronically check that each person provided as part of the voter roll, is a U.S, citizen... and IF NOT, the Postal Service is PART of the Federal Government (NOT the states), and they will NOT send "Mail in ballots" to ANYONE who is NOT a U.S. citizen !!
Sounds pretty simple to me... especially in the "Age of AI "!!

And this ruling says that the 23 states brought their suit prematurely because the USPS hadn't made their final rule. Since then the USPS has n made their rule final and the EP can be challenged again for the final ruling by the SC.
What the SC is saying is yesterday's ruling is just a pause.

Those are all blue states already Looks like the republican hopefuls there are out of luck doesn't it? Those candidates are the ones that are really getting ****.
Republicans in the other states that have to use mail in ballots are also ****,not just people that vote Democrat.
This ruling will probably be reversed anyway before the midterms. SCOTUS left that door open and the suits are on their way.

Now we need a new postal investigative unit? Last time I shipped something the cost was prohibitive..
My town provides a drop off box. Problem solved.. That is if my mail in ballot gets here..
The election is 6 weeks away. I should recieve my ballot soon...

Because THAT was pretty much what the SCOTUS ruled about yesterday... as I understand it... 23 states sued the Trump Administration saying Trump DID NOT have standing to impose the new voting restrictions on the States thru "Executive Orders" (XO's)... I'm not sure where it goes from here, but it looks to me like the SCOTUS DOES NOT think the states have the authority to MAKE that decision (i.e. kinda like the fox guarding the chicken coop)... and they seem to be indicating that CONGRESS is going to need to address this it to REALLY put it to bed, because the SCOTUS DOES NOT think the "STATES" have STANDING... and NEITHER DO I !!
BOTTOM LINE... UNTIL then, LOOKS LIKE the SCOTUS is giving President Trump the green light... EVEN THOUGH they think Congress should REALLY address it... BUT the STATES, DEFINITELY DO NOT... and need to STAND DOWN !!
