I would expect a ROTC REMF to have that attitude.  Anytime you are busted you claim the evidence is not relevant.  EVERY TIME!

Nope.  Well, there was once this guy I new who graduated a big time college, made it big for a few years on the street, but allowed his ego and control freak nature to lose his job, his wife, and home.  He ended up living under a bridge.  BUT, he did come back.  So no, I haven't met a bigger loser than BV.
