No building, just retooling…it was all TX refineries processed, then they retooled for the sweet light crude because it became the import oil of choice…JohnnyYou » 30 Aug 2026, 4:30 pm » wrote: ↑ My Uncle was a career chemical engineer with Exxon building refineries. He told us all then the oil was thick and expensive to process and then the socializtion movements hit and Exxon was glad to move out operations on dog oil.
We might steal hundreds of billions of barrels of it, but we need to build refineries to process it. I would assume that would likely create a crapload of jobs in Venezuela. Americans are too expensive for Trump. I don't know who would invest in infrastructure in a commodity that will run out someday.

Define "Agency".
Why do you use words, if you don't know what they mean?

Exactly correct. He instantly became concerned with gas prices the moment Biden shuffled out and Trump came in. He didn't give a single hoot about gas prices in 2021, 2022, 2023 nor 2024. When it was 5 buck a gallon he simply said "ThE PreSiDeNt DoENsT CoNtRoL GaS PriCes".Huey » 31 Aug 2026, 5:17 am » wrote: ↑ When did you become concerned with gas prices? Jan 2025?
