No, you don't,  Oblivious Little Pile of Dung...

This is from your daily beast article

Now, the Department of the Interior has awarded a $2.7 million contract to clean the pool to a Massachusetts-based company whose chief executive was once convicted of election fraud, according to CNN.Renewable energy company American Ag Energy will repair and maintain the pool’s sewage and purification systems, according to the official contract description. The one-year contract could be extended for another five years and grow to up to $8.8 million, CNN reported. The company’s CEO, Richard Rosen, was convicted last year of voter fraud for casting ballots in the 2016 election in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He told the Daily Beast by phone on Friday that his conviction has since been thrown out.

Your cut and paste says this:

Now, the Department of the Interior has awarded a $2.7 million contract to clean the pool to a Massachusetts-based company whose chief executive is being prosecuted for election fraud, according to CNN.

Who changed it?  Somebody **** you over.  Or yuo did it yoursel.  What source did you really get that from?  The actual daily beast article DOES NOT say what you claim and that is why yu can't find another source

In appealing the verdict, Rosen said Botelho admitted to voting in his name, but Grafton County Superior Court precluded that evidence from the trial and denied Rosen's request for a Richards hearing to address Botelho's testimony.

A Richards hearing is a legal proceeding that investigates the circumstances surrounding an alleged violation of discovery rules.

The Supreme Court agreed with Rosen and overturned the verdict, saying the trial court incurred unfair prejudice in the jury by withholding this evidence.

"Should Botelho on remand assert his Fifth Amendment rights, the trial court shall conduct a (Richards) hearing. Accordingly, we reverse the defendant's conviction and remand for further proceedings consistent with this opinion," the Supreme Court said.

This one....you should have continued reading.

The state supreme court overturned the conviction and remanded the case to Grafton County Superior Court after finding the trial judge had made improper evidentiary rulings, CNN reported. Rosen confirmed this occurred in a call with the Daily Beast, saying, “I am now innocent.” He is now in mediation with the New Hampshire attorney general’s office over the charges.

It is EXACTLY as I surmised...by remanding the case back, the Supreme Court tested Rosen's bluff...

There's no chance the gardener will take the fall.
