IF the AG thought that there was any case to be made, there would NOT have been any "mediation talks" to be had, *******!!! The CHARGES would have been REFILED IMMEDIATELY, and the defense would have been told to go pound sand!! AND a second trial would have been held as soon as it could get on the docket.

The state doesn't need to incur the expense of another prosecution. Rosen wants to avoid being classed a felon.
