The guy whom Grifty has selected to further address the issues he has created with "the Pool" is a white Republican from NH.

He was caught during a 2017 ballot audit doubtlessly motivated by MAGAt demands for Federal interference in state functions. Though he would be flagged for having done so numerous times, he was convicted in NH on one instance..

The conviction was reversed on a procedural issue and remanded back to the Grafton Superior Court for further proceedings.

Though the grounds for reversal were quite narrow, reflexive MAGAt imbeciles and other toadies are touting it as a declaration of innocence....even though the case was remanded and the perp is currently in negotiations with the state's AG.

To any non idiot, the fact of the duplicate ballots should be sufficient to raise serious questions about innocence....

But that's before getting into the weeds of the facts...

Most people who live in NH are white.  No biggie there.  NH has one of the highest proportions of white residents in the country.

An investigation into Rosen’s voter history in Belmont and Holderness indicated that he’s voted in Massachusetts and New Hampshire multiple times in the same election and/or primary since 1996. 
The arrest warrant claims that Rosen voted in the New Hampshire State Primary Election on Sept. 11, 2018 and then again in the Massachusetts General Election on Nov. 6, 2018.




On June 4, 2020, Rosen was contacted by Richard C. Tracy, an investigator with the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office, concerning his voting history. When Tracy asked where Rosen votes, Rosen said he planned to vote in New Hampshire. 

Rosen did admit to previously voting in Massachusetts, but then further stated, “I do not vote in both at the same time,” the warrant said.



Less than two hours after Rosen’s initial meeting with Tracy, he called the Holderness town clerk to remove his name from the voter’s checklist. 

On June 8, 2020, Tracy met Rosen at his home for an on-the-record interview. 

In the interview, Rosen denied that he double-voted in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and stated that he would vote in either state depending on where he was living that year.



However, before being recorded, Rosen also told the investigator that his identity was stolen by Gerry Rogers, his former business partner. 

According to Rosen, he had a business partnership with Rogers from the mid-’90s until a couple of years before 2020, when he found out that Rogers allegedly stole over $100,000 from him. Rosen found out about the alleged stolen funds when he discovered a purchase made at a hotel in Spain.

Rosen didn’t report the identity theft to law enforcement, nor could he provide the names of anyone he told about the alleged stolen funds, the records said. However, Rosen did agree to locate Roger’s contact information. Rosen said that last he knew, Rogers was living in Sterling, Massachusetts and “part of Flordia at times.” Rosen also said he has not had contact with Rogers since they departed a couple of years ago.

After the June 8 interview, Rosen left the investigator a voicemail claiming he found two phone numbers associated with Rogers – a 617 number and a 706 number.


Rosen also said that if Tracy searched his driver’s license, he’d find a photo of Rogers instead of himself. On June 9, 2020, the investigator ran a license check on Rosen which came back “eligible.” 
On June 10, Tracy requested a digital image from the New Hampshire Information and Analysis Center. Rosen stated that Roger’s looked like him and was a “good size guy 6′4,” according to the records

On July 1, 2020, Rosen called Tracy claiming he voted in New Hampshire in 2016. Rosen said that his recollection now was that up to 2018 he had always voted in New Hampshire and hadn’t voted in Massachusetts since 2004. However, due to a series of doctor’s appointments, he started voting again in Belmont in 2018 as the town was closer to where his doctors were. Rosen said he didn’t recall voting in New Hampshire in 2018 and said he believes he only voted in Massachusetts that year, the records showed. 

During the call, Tracy informed Rosen that he discovered that Rogers had died in 2011. When asked if he could explain, Rosen said he hadn’t seen Rogers in “several” years since they parted ways after he discovered Rogers allegedly stole funds from him.
