When we last left Mr. Rosen, his trophy piece had bailed on the investigator, leaving her honey pot without a story.
That's when the call goes out to a stooge who is offered a night of globe trotting with the aforementioned Texas Twister, a bundle of cash and assurance that "felony" is just another word for "box of chocolates"..
So he provides a statement to a PI hired by Mr. Rosen, to the effect that he (the gardener) has been grabbing these ballots for years and casting votes in Massa's name.....
But because Marguerite balked at giving up the rosebud, the gardener declined to confirm his confession under oath.
Which is why the Superior Court disallowed testimony of it.
Now you know why the prosecution of Mr. Rosen is ongoing.
