People used to do random things for long stretches of their life. Presidents did stints as dockworkers in their 20s and rural teachers in their 30s Today, if you're not published in reputable journals in HS and did the right internships in college, you may as well kill yourself
The declining rate of profit has forced capitalists to financialize everything and destroy anything that hinders their futile attempt to squeeze drops of blood out of a stone.
TRPF + rentier economics + it has never applied to the poorer majority in economies that did not have a development boom.
Stories like Harrison Ford who quit acting and worked as a carpenter for years before being cast by Lucas would never exist today. A guy with the same background as Harrison would get laughed out of any casting room even by a rookie director straight of film school

The resulting book, The Insatiable Machine: How Capitalism Conquered the World, is rife with tales of precipitous inequality, bloodshed and environmental destruction, which Jackson shows are all inextricably linked to the pursuit of profit. But despite capitalism’s flaws, he writes on Page 1, “There is no credible alternative system on the horizon.”LowIQTrash » Yesterday, 8:29 pm » wrote: ↑ The proof in the pudding is that the retarded MAGATs on this forum (at least 80% of them) would have trouble getting a C- in a topology class (or even a D) or even understanding Bayesian statistics but were privileged / "lucky" enough to acquire enough money so they can **** in this cesspool every day.

christ, he even whines about the rich Wall-Streeters he supposedly rubs elbows with…instead of the easy way out, the incessant whine, you’re never too smart to educate yourself…if he only know how much time, effort and spilled blood it took…and mebbe he does, which is why he’s laying on his bed in his mother’s basement in the fetal position posting about how “unfair” the world is…
Read too much ****, some people start to believe it. Ole Karl blew his legacy saying Capitalism would end around 1850. Fifty years later, a German socialist continued talking about the ills of Capitalism yet here we are.ROG62 » Today, 8:37 am » wrote: ↑ The biggest thing this guy is missing is he’s only looking at the end results of “successful capitalists. For some reason, it is entertaining as **** to me reading about their high education and high level college courses which they most assuredly got A+++++++(like Trump smart) yet complain about the current system (and Boomers). Wasn't the whole idea to use that education and go out in the world and kick ***?
Speaking of smart guys:
South Korean scientist YoungHoon Kim, who holds a reported record IQ of 276, publicly declared on social media that God exists and that Jesus Christ is the embodiment of truth!

What was that Rush used to say? The pussification of American men is damn near complete! Or something like that. Younger men of today are not anything close to what we grew up with. Those soft gamer hands know nothing of actual work. These **** would file a workman's comp claim over a blister from doing actual manual work.Beekeeper » Today, 1:21 pm » wrote: ↑ The funny part is, MOST highly successful "capitalists" never got a "college degree" of any kind because in doing so, would polute their minds into thinking that SOCIALISM would be a far better way to live.
In TODAY'S America, the facts are simple- the TRADES are paying more today than many "college degree" kids earn, if not MOST of them. A degree in Women's studies isn't in great demand. HVAC techs, welders, plumber, and electricians can pretty much name their salary. Not to mention that MANY of them will break off from the employee designation and become OWNERS of their own venture. And become wildly successful doing so.
This IDIOT who wrote the OP is just that- a **** IDIOT without a single "prediction" that he/she can point to that actually happened.

They also claim Boomers had it easy or so their college professors told them. Walk a mile in most of those shoes and reality sets in.
