In a unanimous 3 judge panel decision, of the Ninth Circuit Court, it just enjoined the blatantly unconstitutional attempt by Gavin Newsome and the "No-Longer-So-Golden State"... to impose restrictions on the ability of ICE and other federal agents to enforce federal immigration law. That panel was doing exactly what federal courts are supposed to do — uphold the U.S. Constitution.

To DO what Gavin Newsom and the UTTERLY CORRUPT and UN-American LEADERSHIP of  state on California... WHO, but eliminating ICE would CONDEMN America to the SAME TYPE of Jihadist, and Islamic TERROR that has recently been UNLEASHED on MUCH of Europe !!

If I were to put a definition of UN AMERICAN, and ENEMY of America, in some repositorey... a PICTURE of Gavin Newsome, and a reference to the ENTIRE Californian Elected BUREAUCRACY... WOULD NOT be out of place !!

HOW can California KEEP ELECTING these Anti America Democrat SCUMBAGS, and get away with it?

THat's great.  What I find amusing is in 2012 the left was suing AZ (and won) saying only the federal government can create and enforce immigration law.

Now they are on the other side of it.  Too **** funny.
