Social Security falls under the demand side of our supply and demand system.
Demand side meaning government transfers.

Bush tax cuts (for wealthy parasites)
tRumP tax cuts (for wealthy parasites)
etc.
You can probably throw in Clinton's capital gains tax cut (in 1997) into that mix as well even though Clinton himself was not an avowed SS'er
Where did you get the idea that I think the govt needs more money? The govt can hit ctrl + alt + delete on all that digital tax revenue for all I care.Fuelman » Yesterday, 1:42 pm » wrote: ↑my bad, I see SS and immediately think of Social Security.
One thing is for sure, I trust rich people with their own money over government having that money.
The estimated $260 billion found in fraud since the beginning of 2025 is an eye opener. I suspect the common criminal has bilked the US Government out of Trillions since Reagan. Giving even more money to the government black hole is straight jacket worthy.
Can you tell us why you think the government needs more money? What will you get out of it?
When you make that FU options trade, Uncle Sam and California are going to become your enemy I suspect.

I'm already pissed thinking about CA Dems' "proposed additional tax increases"...*groan*

If Reagan, Bush & Trump hadn't imposed those tax cuts, where would that revenue have gone? (Government)LowIQTrash » Yesterday, 1:48 pm » wrote: ↑ Where did you get the idea that I think the govt needs more money? The govt can hit ctrl + alt + delete on all that digital tax revenue for all I care.
It's not about the "gubmint spending" at least from MY perspective...
All I want is to confiscate the "ill gotten" gains / wealth of the Epstein class (and their collaborators), as they are a bunch of THIEVES and criminals, and they DESERVE to have all of it taken from them.
As you are a lowly millionaire and have not (or have yet to) visit any Epstein Islands, you are exempt from my wrath!

That being said, I would NEVER stoop to "Supply Side Idiocy" just b/c I, like most people, do not enjoy paying taxes. FEEFEES DON'T MATTER!

Presidents, governors, mayors only suggests tax cuts, legislatures change the tax laws covering up raising tax revenues by tax cuts. it is all optics used within relative time logistics going beyond genetic zero sum gain evolving genetic outcomes living in plain sight.Fuelman » Yesterday, 2:40 pm » wrote: ↑ If Reagan, Bush & Trump hadn't imposed those tax cuts, where would that revenue have gone? I didn't spend much time reading the whole Epstein ordeal.
That kind of stuff makes my stomach churn, best for me not to get too involved. Even though Epstein is gone, it continues around the world.
Throw the book at them if possible, Trump included.
I can agree "trickle down" failed a lot of people. What I believe the determining factor though is personal responsibility. Government transfers wouldn't have made a difference in the outcome, may have been even worse.

Low IQ kind of painted himself into a corner. Complains about tax cuts for the rich yet states he doesn't want government to have more money?
I can't make heads or tails on that position.
