Usury has always been against Christian principals. In medeival europe, only one group was allowed to practice it, the Jews. And they paid a heavy usury tax to the kings.
Now, the Jewish norm must become the law of the land, and we must destroy those who resist Jews, hence the aggression against Muslim nations.

This was a great OP. I totally agree with it, all enemies of Jews have become the enemies of the USA. And likely because Islam still forbids usury.
However, to play devils advocate, I have to say that Muslims bring some of the hate on themselves. I mean, FGM? Really? I am no feminist but womens rights in the Muslim world are nonexistent.
The refusal to allow depictions of Mohammed is weird as ****. The turbans and veils and hajis, the close minded and generally backward culture they have, the radical never ending holy wars (Iraq v Iran in the 80s for example) all make them less endearing..
The anti usury banking more than compensates. And hookahs are pretty cool. And belly dancing women. After all, I would rather we side with Islam against Judaism, than with Judaism against Islam.

There are a number of ruses used in the Muslim world that allow banks and moneylenders to profit from loans.

Hitler loaned money - well, the German State Bank did - at 1% interest. He took the bank out of jewish hands and ran it exactly as they had done, with the same employees - except that he only charged enough interest to pay for operations. The German economy became a juggernaut, while everyone enjoyed a nice, big glass of great depression.
