What kind of device are you posting from?
I either post from an android tablet or a PC.

On the tablet I just hold my finger over the image and a box pops up with a few options.
I choose 'download image' and save it to my device.
It goes into the Gallery.

Then you can use the Upload Image link in the lower left corner to upload it into your post.

On a PC you right click the mouse to save images to your computer and upload them the same way.

When you hit reply. It should say "upload image" under the text field.
Click that link.
If yiu have an imaged saved from fb or wherever, it should pull up a list to choose from.

The flood in NOLA happened when the levees breached, so they had no warning.
The amount of rain headed for Texas was forecast days ahead and yet people stayed.
