If the only immigrants coming into the country were caucasian Bosnians and Russians, and they were being used by your deeply corrupt party to out-vote native-born Americans, if they were likely to go on welfare, commit crime and commit terrorism, I'd want to drastically lower their rate of immigration, even eliminate it.
