I'm really concerned about my family in NC.
Family in Southport and Wilmington evacuated, but family in Charlotte did not and it looks like they might get a lot of rain.

I did not realize that Southport was right on the coast.
My husband's sister and her husband just moved into the house they built there.

I saw where you guys were already soaked, from experience that says that the ground can't take anymore. Good luck girl. If you need something you know I will make it happen.

Same here, when the ground is saturated, even old growth trees are susceptible to coming down. In Ivan, we had one that split our garage in half.

Almost 3,000 people did not die falling off their roofs.
Most of them had no **** roofs to fall off of you jackass.

They died from as a result of stifling heat, poor healthcare and a lack of electricity and clean water.
