If Repubs hold the Senate and refuse to seat the next Democrat president's SCOTUS nominees, it will be your party's fault for setting the precedent.

But Dems will lie and claim it's Repubs fault.

Both sides think they should get their way like they control everything. this go around, I am all for republicans ramming in through, we got a bogus abortion of a healthcare bill rammed down our throat. this is more important because it will kill legislating the prog agenda from the bench for decades.

After Kennedy died, Dems illegally used a procedure meant only for budget bills to pass Obamacare.

And at least two Senate seats were stolen to get that filibuster proof margin.

I'm betting that Trump is getting ready to cut off the Democrats' family jewels; federal spending.

And if Repubs keep the House and gain in the Senate, they'll start cutting away at Dems' nuts.

If they can't give away Other People's Money, it's hard for them to fund raise and turn out the vote.

as far as Barry's "constitutional" right, his presidency should have been good enough that he didn't lose the house and the senate due to his abortion of a health bill.
