Was Trump indicted? Did Mueller report to Barr that Trump committed obstruction of justice?

Then by thousands of years of accepted legal standard including American, Trump was cleared.

And most of what I saw that they claimed could be obstruction of justice was flatulent, partisan **** of MS-LSD intellectual fraud level.

Further, Mueller and his team grossly violated Justice Dept guidelines in declaring that they didn't exonerate him.
