Prosecutors don't exonerate, psycho, and his statement was a violation of Justice Dept rules and an abuse of power.

But the Attorney General of the country, the Assistant Attorney General and their team of Justice Dept professionals determined that based on the Mueller Report, no crimes were committed.
And Barr testified that Mueller did disagree with any conclusions he drew.

Baghdad Barr is a liar.
He admitted that he never even read the underlying evidence that the Mueller report was based on.
