Why do have to post that phony propaganda **** in my comedy thread?
Viktor Shokin was NEVER investigating Hunter Biden and he was NOT investigating Burisma at the time when Biden, three Republican Senators, the IMF, and the E.U. called for his firing, you gaping asshole.
Biden actually may have placed his son in legal danger by advocating for the prosecutor’s removal because he was widely accused of stymying anti-corruption efforts in Ukraine, and replacing him could have led to further investigations into a company Hunter had ties to namely, Burisma.
Yuriy Lutsenko is the prosecutor who replaced Viktor Shokin.
A former Ukrainian prosecutor who investigated a gas company tied to Hunter Biden said Thursday that there was no evidence the former vice president's son engaged in illegal activity.
"From the perspective of Ukrainian legislation, he did not violate anything,” Yuriy Lutsenko told The Washington Post.

In May, Lutsenko told Bloomberg News that his office had found no evidence of wrongdoing against Hunter Biden or his father, Joe Biden, who'd helped to oust Lutsenko's predecessor.
That prosecutor, Viktor Shokin, had been accused of failing to act in numerous corruption cases, including the investigation into Burisma.
In addition to the United States government, the European Union and the International Monetary Fund have demanded that Shokin be replaced.

Old Letter Proves GOP Senators Echoed, Amplified Biden’s Call to Oust Ukraine’s Chief Prosecutor
A recently unearthed letter from 2016 shows how then-Vice President Joe Biden had strong Republican support for his push to reform the public prosecutor’s office in the Ukraine.
Released by Republican Senator Rob Portman (R-Ohio), and noted by CNN this morning, the letter is addressed to former Ukrainian president Petro Poroshenko and signed onto by Senator Ron Johnson (R-Wisc.) and then-senator Mark Kirk (R-Ill.).
