FEMA and the State of Al disagree with you. Yes, BV, based on the Aug 29th track states and the federal government believed AL was under some level of a threat.

Already asked and answered.  Again, for the functioning idiots, ultimately no (dorian did not threaten AL).  That chart was a projected a week out.  At that point the track was for the storm to cross Florida over Lake Okeechobee in a NW direction and head towards the Gulf.  AT THAT TIME, a week out, Alabama was projected to feel some effects.

Was this before or after the storm turned north?

The Fed gov thought Al was threatened.  The state thought Al was threatened.  I guess you are calling them liars as well.  

Ylu can’t explain why FEMA STAGED EQUIPMENT in Al or why the guard was activated.
