And nobody sure as hell was predicting that Alabama would be hit today (Sept. 4th) when he showed this map extending the cone of the storm to include Alabama with a line drawn in black sharpie.

Every forecast I saw had it on the East Coast, and Alabama is not on the East coast.

Is NOAA allowed to alter its own maps?

Yes. I am seeing that someone drew a black line with a sharpie on a map that Trump displayed TODAY to make it look like Alabama is still within the cone of the storm.

And FYI, I'm not the only one who can see that.
Use the Google.

I don't think anyone was predicting on Sept. 1st that the storm was going to hit Alabama.
