They show the 'cone' in white.
They don't extend it with a black sharpie.
Look at this GIF again.
This is the predicted path of the storm on the day he Tweeted that Alabama would take a hit (Sept. 1st.)
The 'cone' is no where near Alabama.

He just Tweeted this:
That was on August 28th.
No one was predicting that Alabama would be hit on Sept. 1st when he Tweeted this:
And nobody sure as hell was predicting that Alabama would be hit today (Sept. 4th) when he showed this map extending the cone of the storm to include Alabama with a line drawn in black sharpie.

I know where Alabama is Huey.
Every forecast I saw had it on the East Coast, and Alabama is not on the East coast.

Yes. I am seeing that someone drew a black line with a sharpie on a map that Trump displayed TODAY to make it look like Alabama is still within the cone of the storm.Lucifershammer » 04 Sep 2019 6:30 pm » wrote:Do you even undersrand what what you're seeing?Misty » 04 Sep 2019 5:49 pm » wrote:So the hurricane center draws on their maps by hand in black sharpies now?

Trump Tweeted this on Sept. 1st.
And just a liitle while later he was corrected by the National Weather Service in Birmingham.
This GIF shows the original version of the map that was altered, dated August 29th, and showing the altered version he showed today (Sept. 4th).
I don't think anyone was predicting on Sept. 1st that the storm was going to hit Alabama.
So no comment on someone altering that map?
Is that okay with you?
