No, the legend supports my posts.  7 days it out Alabama had a 5-20% chance of tropical storm force winds according to the projected track.  That state west of GA (to the left) is AL.  Note the green portions.

Right there you killed your argument.  Thanks!  Remember, my original comment did not say how strong.  It simply said outer bands which people with intelligence understand to be lower force winds.

To avoid your question look at the upper right hand and upper left hand for the source.

Looks like 5-20 percent chance of winds greater than 39 MPH.  Tropical Storm Force.  Can you read the legend?
