Oh, it wasn't covid, it was her stomach, that had been troubling her for years and no one knew what caused it, she could handle it and always made jokes about it but then it suddenly got a lot worse, because of the stress, so many problems, everything going wrong at the same time.. she saw it coming but she wasn't afraid,  she stayed cheerful until the very end..

Now I remember you mentioning Cyndi's stomach.  BTW...how did you learn of Cyndi's passing. You don't have to answer if you would rather not.

I don't mind, she wouldn't mind either, we talked every day, mostly chats but we did phone calls too, you should have heard her voice, she really had a NYC accent.. lol.. we gossiped about the forums, who the soks were, she was good at figuring those out, oh boy, and had a lot of fun, we also bitched about day to day problems and stress and made jokes about it, that helps, she had a great sense of humor, she could laugh at anything so I knew about her stomach and the amount stress she was under, it was getting worse, she was thinking about if she should call for an ambulance or not but hospitals really scared her so she decided to wait and see, maybe it would be a bit better the next day.. the next day she wasn't there so I called to see how she was doing, no answer the first few times and then the guy who was living with her, Bob, he fake husband.. lol.. maybe she told you about him, picked up the phone and told me she passed away in her sleep.. 

oh, there is something you should know, you know she had that keyboard, she loved playing on that for the dogs, she wanted you to have that if something happened to her, she made me promise to take care of it, just in case, but I never got the chance, you were gone and I talked to Bob a few more times but then he didn't pick up the phone anymore, no clue what happened, I hope nothing bad, he was older than her and not in good shape, living there alone must have been depressing, I hope he moved in with his kids..

ok, enough sad stuff, Cyndi wouldn't want us to be sad and as I said, she is out there watching and having some good laughs..

I remember Cyndi saying she wanted me to have her keyboard.  I never expected to have it come to me even though Cyndi was sincere.  I just wish she was still here with us. She was the most comfortable friend on this forum.
