Even it if it passes there is no way to control the number of magazines already in circulation.  Many, if not most, sidearms have magazines that hold well over 10 rounds.  Additionally, if your mass shooter is a law abiding sort he will just carry MORE magazines.  Only takes a second.  Take the VA Tech shooter.  He killed 33 and shot 17 others with two handguns.

They go on and on about high capacity magazines.  But the magic number is now 10.  As stated above many, if not most semi auto sidearms come with 10 or more rounds magazines.  So now the manufactures would have to retool their manufacturing process and produce 9 round magazines that firearm specific.  Good luck with that.

As I said, this bill is cheese.

No, it is a fact based argument.  

1.  Many, if not most, semi automatic sidearms come with a magazine that holds more than 10 rounds.  If you have facts that refute that make an argument. 

2.  If you know how to control the magazines already in circulation by all means make an argument.

3.  As proven by the VA TECH shooter who shot 50, killing 33, with to SIDEARMS, all you need to do is bring more magazines.  Only takes a second to change magazines.  And even a little longer doesn't matter when the shooter is in a gun free zone which seems to be the area of choice.  If you have facts please bring them and make an argument. 

4.  Next post discusses the fact that manufactures will have to retool their production lines to manufacture 9 round magazines to replace the one the idiots in congress want to buy back.  Just how do you replace a 15 round magazine for a sidearm when one with less than 10 has never been made?  

That is why this bill is cheese and won't pass.  It also makes no sense.

So, Cheese boy, if you have facts please bring them.

Any beginning is only a beginning.  There is so much work needed to reverse the damage that u degenerate gun scum have done to our once great nation.

Most Americans don't want to live in an Afghanistan style country where people have to live with weapons of war strapped to them just so they can go to the store.
