You still don't get it.  The law is not going to reduce mass murders.  If you were talking 20 or 30 round magazines you would have a point.  Although people would just carry more smaller capacity magazines.

Not every detail is mentioned...and liberals love to point that out in a multitude or cases...like the right to same sex marriage, the right to an abortion, the right to government paid health insurance, etc.  Show me where those are specifically mentioned.
