You have not one example of Trump telling anyone to storm the capital building.  We do have Trump telling the crowd to peacefully and patriotically march to the capital to have their VOICES heard.

You can argue about the Judges comprehension skills all day long.  The judge can't change history.  

We have established that he indeed told be peaceful and patriotic and did tweet within 38 minutes of the riot starting.  There is nothing else to discuss except talking points and spin.
