Who knows... it could be true... there's no definite proof of UFO's being aliens visiting us but there is definitely a coverup... the men in black are real...

I just found this...I'll have to watch that video later, maybe it's nothing but it sounds good..

UFOs: The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Collection

Below you will find a collection of CIA related UFO records. The Black Vault’s connection to the CIA in getting some of these UFO documents released goes back to 1996.

Originally, the CIA would only release about 1,000 pages that had been previously disclosed after a FOIA court case in the 1980s. They never addressed the records that were dated in the years after the case.

The Black Vault spent years fighting for them, and many were released in the late 1990s. However, over time, the CIA made a CD-ROM collection of UFO documents, which encompassed the original records, along with the ones that took years to fight for...

These are real videos... or so the navy says... but why fake something like that... and it really doesn't look Russian or Chinese...

:faint:

The Pentagon on Monday formally released three unclassified videos taken by Navy pilots that have circulated for years showing interactions with 'unidentified aerial phenomena'. One of the videos shows an incident from 2004, and the other two were recorded in January 2015. The videos became public after unauthorised leaks in 2007 and 2017, and the Navy previously verified their authenticity.

The aliens are coming: Here’s what the movies tell us we should expect from the Pentagon’s UFO report

Can we trust the government to tell us the truth in its eagerly awaited report on UFOs? If Hollywood over the years is anything to go by, the findings could be fascinating and chilling at the same time…

On Friday, the Pentagon is scheduled to release its highly anticipated report on UFOs, or as the government now calls them, UAPs – unidentified aerial phenomena.

Similar to Richard Dreyfuss in ‘Close Encounters of the Third Kind’, I’m a long-time, self-confessed, tin-foil hat-wearing UFO enthusiast/fanatic. As such, I’m delusionally hoping the recent government and media pivot to taking UFOs seriously will lead to some sort of ‘disclosure’, where the truth out there will finally be revealed.

Of course, my more rational side knows that any time you’re relying on the government or mainstream media for transparency or truth, you’re playing a fool’s game.

Regardless of what the new UFO report says, the possibilities of what’s going on in our skies and under our seas span from the mundanity of mistaken perception combined with malfunctioning equipment to the momentous notion of extra-terrestrial/inter-dimensional visitors. Despite the alleged implausibility of it, my bet is on the latter, which means that aliens are indeed traversing our air space and ocean depths with technological aplomb and military impunity. So, it might be a good idea to figure out their intentions.

As a film critic, I thought the best way to prepare for contact with our elusive galactic visitors the Pentagon cannot confirm or deny exist was to turn to the movies as a guide, as our collective imagination has projected onto the silver screen and our culture a cavalcade of useful alien archetypes....

That's today... we'll see what it says later...

Fun article.... I'll go with the malevolent aliens... when they arrive it won't be because they want to to help and educate the poor natives... just look at what happened to the injuns when more technologically advanced 'aliens' discovered their 'planet'....

As expected....

Long-awaited UFO report mentions no aliens, but asks for more money for US spies

The newly released US intelligence community report on unexplained aerial phenomena (UAP) offers more questions than answers. It doesn’t mention aliens, says UAP might be a national security threat – and asks for more funding.

Released on Friday afternoon by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), the entire unclassified report clocks in at only nine pages, including two pages of appendices with definitions of terms.

The report mentions 144 reports, of which 80 “involved observation with multiple sensors.” While some UAP “may be attributable to sensor anomalies,” most “probably do represent physical objects” given they were “registered across multiple sensors, to include radar, infrared, electro-optical, weapon seekers, and visual observation.”

If and when the incidents are resolved, the report said, the US intelligence community believes they will break down into five potential categories: “airborne clutter” such as birds, balloons, drones or plastic bags; natural atmospheric phenomena such as ice crystals; US government or industry research projects, foreign adversary systems, and “other.”

ODNI was “unable to confirm” that classified research and development programs by the US government or industry “accounted for any of the UAP reports we collected.” Some UAP sightings “may be” technologies developed by China, Russia or someone else.

The words “alien” or “extraterrestrial” do not appear anywhere in the report. Its recommendations amount to urging “additional investment” for the “resource-intensive” process of collecting, standardizing and streamlining reports across the US government that would “allow for a more sophisticated analysis of UAP that is likely to deepen our understanding.”

Nine pages... that's it... it's the Russians or the Chinese... we need more money....

But why expect anything else... they have been covering it up for a long time so why tell the truth now... the truth is still out there though...

RT is really into this too...

‘What if we’re the ants in this network of civilisations?’ asks UFO expert, as he says we should prepare for imminent ET contact

Aliens have under-ocean bases and are trying to dissuade the human race away from nuclear weapons, due to the potential catastrophic damage.

In some quarters, that statement would see you dismissed as a crank.

But not for Gary Heseltine, vice president of the newly formed International Coalition of Extraterrestrial Research (ICER).

They are a non-governmental organisation headquartered in Portugal comprising scientists, researchers, and academics from 27 nations. Their mission statement is: Preparing for Contact.

Every member of ICER has signed an oath underlining their core belief.

Heseltine explains: “It says after 70 years of worldwide research, we think the evidence points to something that is real, acts with intelligence and is likely to be extraterrestrial, and non-human.”

Yes, ICER thinks aliens exist and that they frequently visit Earth.

It sounds like a plot from a Hollywood movie, but the group is serious, and keen to discuss its theories rationally and evidentially.

Heseltine, a former British police detective, explained: “My remit and ICER’s remit is what would stand up in a hypothetical court of law.“We should be preparing now for the possibility this is real, as the evidence says it’s real. We are dealing with something that’s gone beyond lights in the sky...

Seems probable that there is other life out there.

But...

The distances and time become very problematic. Even an ion drive can't get past a 1000 light year distance in less than 1000 years.

So then there's the "magic" of worm holes.
Even if you somehow created one and established the other end, why would your target be achievable?
It's moving at a million miles an hour.

Ancient Alien Theorists are perplexed (as are archeologists) about big heavy stones and intricate cuttings that date back thousands of years. Might as well believe in God...

Not really. Even if the TIME is instant, it's not like there's a coordinate system to pinpoint the destination.
Imagine a balloon in a vacuum (an elementary school demonstration) The balloon has all these molecules of atmosphere floating independently of each other.
As the vacuum increases the size of the balloon, those molecules get farther apart distributed throughout the increasing volume.

This is the model of our universe basically.

Now imagine how you would map a "ride" from one molecule to another. Origin and destination both moving...

Magic I tells ya...  It has to be a fierce set of calculations

I don't know about that...

Let's just say I don't reveal much more than I have to here.

I may have 13 kids, 4 ex-wives, and a Congressional Medal Of Honor.
-or-
Maybe I am in the public library wearing Kleenex boxes for shoes.

You should. You would luv it.. its full of aliens, science, dimensions, peak oil, time travel, some economics, secret weapons, alternative meds.. its a great show. That's a sample of some of the shows.. I'm not too interested in ghosts tho.

Star Trek has the solution... a warp drive... of course it is science fiction but it's possible in theory.. warp space around your ship and move that warp bubble by compressing space in front of you and expanding it behind.. the ship wouldn't move itself in space so speed of light limit doesn't apply... pretty cool stuff...

The destination is part of the equation.
Ever-expanding and changing, the place you just came from wouldn't even be there anymore.

It's not the same thing as a wormhole... you only warp a tiny portion of space around your ship.. nothing changes to the place you came from or the destination... and nothing happens to time also.. your spaceship wouldn't be moving through space so timeflow would be the same as that of the place you left...
