I have told you before.  On this thread.  You will have a hard time convincing a judge that you feared you were under imminent threat of serious physical harm or death at any further than that.  Also, you will have a difficult time convincing a judge it was self defense because not only were you a party to the altercation but you were the aggressor.

Make sure you have a good lawyer who specializes in these cases.  Your ignorance will get you sentenced.  This is not a case where you know enough to represent yourself in a backwoods court over pepper spray or civil issues.

One of the requirements to use the Stand your Ground law in NH is you have to show you have a reasonable fear you under imminent threat of death or severe bodily harm.  Another is if you are the aggressor you have to make an attempt to withdraw and make it clear you want to stop.  

In my state if you are a party to the incident, even if you are not the aggressor, you have to make an attempt to retreat before using that defense.  

Additionally, in both states, if you witness a third party under threat,  you may use the law.  

In NH if you are not the aggressor you do not have to retreat.  

Also, if you are using your Kung Fu Panda skills someone using a gun on you may not be able to use the law becauses it may be seen as an escalation.  Meaning if it is a fist fight you can't just pull a gun.

The funny thing is it took almost two years to come up with the 43 miles lie.  He had no clue where I was staying until months, even a year or so, after the fact.  Second, the challenge was I was going to be in Boston for two games.  I was there for 4 days.  He was asked to meet in Boston.

And last, if I had gone to Salem the ****** would have called the cops.  He is special kinda stupid.  Now the onus is on him.  if he is with in 35 miles of me, North South or West I will not be a ******.  If it is a weekend I will even go to the south side o Richmond.  East is problem called the Atlantic Ocean.

I went to school with a kid just like him.
There was a Hippie Kid who had scuffled with me in class a few times over the Vietnam War.
In HS Summer League Baseball he  was on a team from another town that was due to face me.
I was one of the hardest throwers in that league.
He knew he was going to face me...and he was too much of a little ****** Bitch to show up for that game..
This was his Golden Opportunity" to  step up to the plate and face me  before I answered the call to join the Army.....
I'm sure that to this day he has died 10,000 deaths over his decision to run.
