Longer than with a MAGA in charge.  I also see urban life as too expensive and set up for failure.  

Mamdani did take some forceful action against some slum lords.  The Fordham Building did not have a working elevator.  People had to climb hundreds of stairs.   The owner was sued and has to put millions of dollars into it's properties. 

Baltimore needs someone to step to the plate and try to do things like Mamdani. But again, a lot of Baltimore just looks like a lost cause. It's an embarassment on Maryland.  Moore hasn't done shyt, Hogan did not do much more.
