I don't understand why you keep going there.

Really?  Mr. Vegetable, if your hovel is worth 1.2 million dollars you should find some sucker to buy it considering the market.  It makes great business sense.

A 5 story codex at 3300 sq ft? That is an avg of 600 sq ft.  No thanks.

Mr. Vegetable, you have the address and have posted real estate info about my home in the past.  In this neighbor hood, Parkside/Wateride at Benntt's Creek, 350,000 doesn't get you in the door.

I believe you posted from Zillow concerning my home in the past.  Go ahead and use the address you have.  Zillow has it listed as 580,000.  Which is down slightly.

Thanks for you time!

Mr. Veghead, since you have my address and have posted from real estate sites concerning my home in the past, I must say sir, you are being dishonest.

Now, did the young ladies father or boyfriend know you were stalking her and perving over her?

Sir, you do,  On multiple occasions you posted info from my neighborhood, to include the price of a house in the older section and the price of the house directly across the street that went for 630,000.

You live in a cookie cutter on 0.17 acres...unless you give it away, it will sit on the market for 6 months or more.

I really don't get why you keep laboring this.

Mr Vegetable, you are being generous.  It is 0.16.  Remember, you claimed to be good with numbers the last time you posted that and I accused you of saving my address.  I guess you are not that good with memory or numbers.

In todays market it would probably be abot that long.  You leave out much of the story which Sir, which is your MO.  NH has a severe lack of housing, particularly new builds, due to zoning laws.  Are, we have new builds everywhere.  There are about 300 homes for sale my zip code, 23435.  There are only 41 homes for sale in Salem, NH, which has one zip code.

Plus, the median income in your zip code is well under the median income of my zip code.
Sir, in the immortal words of Paul Harvey, you have the rest of the story.

Which scenario is an example of survivorship bias in evaluating business success?

A) Believing that reading business books increases revenue after finding many CEOs recommend them.
B) Concluding that most startups fail after analyzing bankrupt companies.
C) Thinking entrepreneurship is easy because most media profiles focus on successful founders.
D) Surveying customers to understand why they chose your product over competitors

Yeah, it doesn't. You always find hiding spots...but they are still hiding spots nonetheless.

And it demonstrates that you have no idea what the term means.

Already went through why that is not an answer. It doesn't ask which isn't the answer. It's asking which ONE is the answer. Provide your defense. That's why you won't answer.

Look...you pulling this narcissistic trick only proves how it's a win-win for me again. It shows that you are afraid to take a stand on it.
