Gaygas can't even be clear what his complaint was. He dances between the allegation the inmates were lied to, and his MSM-fed "opinion" that treating with iver is "experimenting" on people. Which ever one you answer to, he starts screeching about the other. Then he asks for help reading his own OP. He **** WROTE it.SJConspirator » 07 Aug 2022, 6:49 pm » wrote: ↑ Physicians that go against the narrative of the satanic oligarchs who rule over us all should be applauded. You are just as guilty. You are assuming they are lying without evidence. So, back at you.SJConspirator » 07 Aug 2022, 6:50 pm » wrote: ↑ the media does too. It’s funny how you are so quick to believe a few convicts and MSN over doctors who obviously made the right decision. You linked what amounts to a hit piece on good MDs
Not assuming they are telling the truth =/= assuming they are lying, *******. It's merely acknowledging that the question is open - something YOU failed to do.Vegas » 07 Aug 2022, 6:52 pm » wrote: ↑ You are just as guilty. You are assuming they are lying without evidence. So, back at you.

Lets assume that the prisoners are being truthful.Vegas » 07 Aug 2022, 6:52 pm » wrote: ↑ You are just as guilty. You are assuming they are lying without evidence. So, back at you.

in that case, doctors gave them lifesaving treatment without their knowledge, oh no. Do prisoners have a right to refuse treatment? Yes, and I bet nobody forced the pills down their throat. BUT DOCTORS HAVE A DUTY TO THE WELFARE OF THE COMMUNITY AS A WHOLE. A FEW STATES HAVE ENACTED LAWS DEFINING IMPLIED CONSENT (WHEN THE PATIENT IS UNCONSCIOUS OR OTHERWISE INCAPABLE OF MAKING HIS WISHES KNOWN). THE PRISONER CANNOT REFUSE TREATMENT OF CONTAGIOUS OR VENEREAL DISEASES.

You predicated your complaint on the absolute certainty that the claim of what the inmates are saying is actual fact.Vegas » 07 Aug 2022, 6:56 pm » wrote: ↑ What? Lying. Not telling the truth.. whatever. The mere difference of discussing the differences between a flea and a tic. Sure, they are different, but who **** cares? It's a flea or it's a tic.
Are you deliberately deflecting? I am going to say this one more time. The fact that they are prisoners is irrelevant . They still have rights to their bodies. Your opinion of that or my opinion of that is irrelevant. Whether they are outside prison or inside it, we all have a right to know what is entering our body.

First, the inmates my be being lied ABOUT. Next, the inmates may be LYING.
Pointing that out is not assuming a **** thing - YOU are the one assuming, clown.
It's gay, but not TOO gay.Vegas » 07 Aug 2022, 7:08 pm » wrote: ↑ SJ is arguing that it doesn't matter because they are prisoners. Here is his logic:That's gay.
- If they were lying, it doesn't matter, docs can do what they want because they are prisoners.

If you were in prison, and your cellmate had rabies, you would not want the authorities to be able to treat him if he doesn’t want it. You would prefer that he stay rabid, despite the obvious danger of him infecting you and the entire prison, because prisoners individual rights are more important than the health of the whole facility, including guards.Vegas » 07 Aug 2022, 7:05 pm » wrote: ↑ Are you deliberately deflecting? You assumed wrong. Prisoners still have rights - sojer boys sign those away.SJConspirator » 07 Aug 2022, 7:09 pm » wrote: ↑ Now I am researching whether Prisoners can refuse Covid vaccines, it’s an interesting question. I have not found evidence of any prisoners being vaccinated against their will, that surprises me.
When I joined the army in the 1990s, I had to get many shots I didn’t want, I didn’t have a choice. I assumed that soldiers had more bodily autonomy than soldiers, but that may not be the case.
