Gaygas can't even be clear what his complaint was. He dances between the allegation the inmates were lied to, and his MSM-fed "opinion" that treating with iver is "experimenting" on people. in that case, doctors gave them lifesaving treatment without their knowledge, oh no.  Do prisoners have a right to refuse treatment?  Yes, and I bet nobody forced the pills down their throat.  BUT DOCTORS HAVE A DUTY TO THE WELFARE OF THE COMMUNITY AS A WHOLE. A FEW STATES HAVE ENACTED LAWS DEFINING IMPLIED CONSENT (WHEN THE PATIENT IS UNCONSCIOUS OR OTHERWISE INCAPABLE OF MAKING HIS WISHES KNOWN). THE PRISONER CANNOT REFUSE TREATMENT OF CONTAGIOUS OR VENEREAL DISEASES.

You predicated your complaint on the absolute certainty that the claim of what the inmates are saying is actual fact. 

First, the inmates may be being lied ABOUT. Next, the inmates may be LYING.

Pointing that out is not assuming a **** thing - YOU are the one assuming, clown.

Are you deliberately deflecting? I am going to say this one more time. The fact that they are prisoners is irrelevant . They still have rights to their bodies. Your opinion of that or my opinion of that is irrelevant. Whether they are outside prison or inside it, we all have a right to know what is entering our body.

Now I am researching whether Prisoners can refuse Covid vaccines, it’s an interesting question. I have not found evidence of any prisoners being vaccinated against their will, that surprises me.

When I joined the army in the 1990s, I had to get many shots I didn’t want, I didn’t have a choice. I assumed that soldiers had more bodily autonomy than prisoners, but that may not be the case.

If you were in prison, and your cellmate had rabies, you would not want the authorities to be able to treat him if he doesn’t want it.  You would prefer that he stay rabid, despite the obvious danger of him infecting you and the entire prison, because prisoners individual rights are more important than the health of the whole facility, including guards.

They already have protocols in place to isolate these people.
