Liberal Forum

There's been an influx of swine since the .org closed it's doors to the deeply disturbed. I've found that there's no way to  have a meaningful  conversation with any of them. They are children who's goal in life is to trigger people with opposing views. I would like to see all the liberals come back here and start posting. I know RR will be against it, but I would like to see the people like Spycar and others to be allowed back here. At this point in time we need everyone here. This should be a safe place to post for all liberals. A place where we can support each other and unite. Don't think for a moment that the NHB scum don't come here and read our posts. It won't change their minds, but it will make them realize that there are people out there that don't accept their ****, and their infantile beliefs. I'll be seeing you soon.

I haven't posted there in a week or so because, hey, it's Christmas, and contrary to popular op, I actually do HAVE a life. Though I've got loads saved up for when I've time to post again.

Admittedly I went straight to NHB when I joined here, and as I can recall a certain someone took a bit of a poke at me right from the get, because I initially held back a lot, just getting a feel for the place. Maybe she thought I wasn't up for it?? Yet, in only two months I seem to have raised the hackles of NHB's biggest  s----stirrers...

Maybe I should consider that a COMPLIMENT, all considered. Though if truth be told, I've spent well over a decade going up against far more worthy adversaries elsewhere.  Let's just say this ain't exactly my first roDEo.

But I'm thinking maybe we should post our more insightful thoughts, observations, opinions, and commentaries here, instead of where all we'd get back is drive-by personal attacks, insults, mischaracterizations and misquotes, lies, and any other nonsense they can think of in their attempt to bury TRUTHS underneath a bunch of spam.

Worth considering.

 
 

I would just say that people should try to communicate what they feel is important on this board without criticizing people. The whole fight we see comes about when people belittle others, or ideas. If there is an idea you don't like on the merits, feel free to criticize it with fact, and argument. That would be great, and then, whether right or wrong you start an important dialogue on true argument. In true argument, or disagreement, it's perfectly okay to lose as long as you are giving what you believe are honest facts. Either way, if played the right way, both sides win.
Yes, that's called a win win.
You'd be a fool to say you know it all when nobody knows it all. And I know I sometimes think I know, but, I might not.
What you gain by this is more friends, and less division. But you still never know everything, unless you are a fool who thinks they do.
But hey, we're all unfortunately kind of foolish. Actually, that's what makes us human beings.
I'm just reflecting on myself here of course.

Don't know if anyone else has encountered this. A couple of days ago it became difficult to even log into liberalforum with various repeated "checking connection" prompts.

Then today, when I tried to post some news articles in No Holds Barred, seems I was BARRED from doing so.

They links displayed messages saying "no spam."  So are news articles and verifiable information now considered "spam" in "no holds barred"??

Then I've found that the link for posting a new topic doesn't even appear on my page. When I found the link on the home page and clicked post new topic, it brought me to a log in page. After which I saw the message "you cannot post in this forum."

Cannot create a new topic. I guess someone there doesn't LIKE INFORMATION... from CERTAIN people.

File under, how to tell when your "liberal" forum... ISN'T.  

EDIT:  And now one of my paid PG threads is suddenly no longer a PG thread. That's the kind of **** happening in the "no holds barred" forum.


 

And I'm thinking it's time to let the rest of the internet know what goes on here in this "liberal forum."

Bad enough conservative administrators berate, namecall, and harass liberals in NHB while resorting to racist, and homophobic mischaracterizations.

And in my case, have taken to barring me from posting new threads, posting links, and even posting images.

Now it seems they've taken to altering liberals' personal profiles by adding lines under our avatars reading "Child Groomer, Sexual Predator." (I've saved screen shots of it).

So maybe we need to make the rest of the world aware of the kind of underhanded **** that goes on here at liberalforum (dot net)
