According to whom was SCOTUS "liberal" and when?

Not all if us are hip to The Gospel of Slizzy, Slizzy..
Exactly, BV. The fact is, Republicans under the auspices of the Heritage Foundation and their associates in the Federalist Society have been influencing judgeships for quite some time.

They even provide Republicans a list of recommended nominees, those committed to a conservative (and often FAR RIGHT) IDEOLOGY.  And like I said, this conservative led SCOTUS has been largely catering to Trump's maladministration and Republicans for some time in their shadow documents, at times deciding in their favor with little or no deliberation.

Opinions | The Supreme Court’s ‘shadow docket’ helped Trump 28 times. Biden is 0 for 1.

Only of late, shortly after news of their actions saw light of day, did justices Barrett, Breyer (a liberal), and Thomas speak of concerns about their public perception, though the last, Thomas (the most biased among them naturally), took a defensive posture in which he attempted to deny that partiality.

They've been "cramming" the court with antiabortion hacks to pander to their dwindling toothless constituency.

Affirmative Action

Primary tabs Definition

A set of procedures designed to eliminate unlawful discrimination among applicants, remedy the results of such prior discrimination, and prevent such discrimination in the future.

Now I want to see some math, or an admission..

Exactly. While their TROLLS (paid and otherwise) flood liberal forums to bury FACTS behind spam, lies, denials, and personal attacks.
