Because unlike Democrats, they make up ways to do whatever **** they WANT to do... on the fly. 

SO, given the above, it didn't exactly take a rocket scientist to figure out WHY their sudden compulsion to go public about  the public's perception of their obvious political BIAS.  Obviously  SOMETHING was in the wind or down that old proverbial "pike." Nor did it take long for things to become a little CLEARER (for those who hadn't  yet figured it OUT) exactly WHAT:

You obviously didn't read the SCOTUS ruling.  The courts aren't nearly as biased as you are apparently.

We have learned , over the last week that a supreme court justice, without his recusal was the sole dissenter. His wife receives hundreds of thousands of pounds from a far right organisation, you need to disclose conflicts of interest. If the highest court in our land is corrupted then there should be an immediate investigation into corruption at the supreme court level.!! Its so wrong!!!

Gorsuch is a **** headcase partisan who has it out for Democrats because he believes the stress of a contempt of Congress charge against his mother, who was the EPA Director in 1983, and her subsequent resignation, gave her the cancer that killed her.  In fact, his mother was a **** political extortionist, just like Donald Trump with the Ukraine, who got caught using her office politically.

The stand off ended in late February 1983, when Richard Hauser, the White House deputy counsel, confirmed one or more Reagan Administration officials had in fact reported to the White House that they had heard the E.P.A. administrator say at an Aug. 4 1982 luncheon that she was holding back more than $6 million in Federal funds to clean up the Stringfellow Acid Pits toxic waste site near Los Angeles to avoid helping the Senate campaign of former Gov. Jerry Brown of California, a Democrat.

The White House then abandoned its court claim that the documents related to this incident could not be subpoenaed by Congress because they were covered by executive privilege and the EPA turned the documents over to Congress. Gorsuch immediately resigned her post effective March 3, 1983, citing pressures caused by the media and the congressional investigation.
