Care to show us in the Constitution where our First Amendment right to free speech specifies that what you subjectively call "hate speech" is not allowed?
When you're done scratching your empty head over that one, try to find where in the Constitution the word "abortion" even appears, let alone gives you the "right" to have one, and why it is that you think it's omission would NOT fall to a State's right as spelled out in the 10th Amendment?

You have NO "right" to get an abortion under the US Constitution, and NO speech can be punished because someone else considers it "hate speech", as guaranteed by the 1st Amendment!

Where did I say hate speech is not allowed?  What I wrote is that bigots, fascists, racists, neo-nazis, white supremacists and those of like ilk believe in their right to engage in inciteful HATE SPEECH without risk of consequence.

There are however laws in some European countries dealing with "hate speech" NO doubt, because lessons learned the HARD WAY from ABIDING with it.  We've yet to learn the same.

And WE have the right to call out HATE SPEECH FOR WHAT IT IS.  As well as the right to fire employees who bring discredit to their employers, the right to publish their actions and words in the media, the right to boycott them, to avoid them, to not associate with them. and to sue for damages and harm done.  "Free country," as they say.
