You're right. You're right, it is a coin flip. No jabs and CoVID in late April '21. Being a 63yo asthmatic with 50% lung function, I had concerns... I was temp like flush for 15 minutes (probably due to raking) with a cough that lasted 36 hrs...during that time I signed up for monoclonal antibody infusion...by the time I went, I had been symptom free for 48 hrs...I opted to get it anyways...and had an allergic reaction to it like the first jab off a new vial of allergens...lasted about an hour...never looked back..Skans » 23 Mar 2023, 8:26 am » wrote: ↑ Your math is dumb. I, on the other hand, have been vaxed 4 times. I also had a very mild case of Covid - a very mild head cold that lasted 3 days. I didn't have to sweat kidney-juice, **** brain matter or cough-up lung meat like you did. I did not lose my sense of smell, taste or end up with some myocarditis heart disease like you did.
You bear the scars from your tussle with Covid. I simply have the antibodies from mine. So, I feel blessed that I had the good sense to get vaxxed so that I did not end up with the deadly chink-flu like you got. Today, I'm stronger than ever - been working out in gyms since everything re-opened without a worry in the world about Covid.

That's how I see it, just a coin flip. Some got the jabs, some didn't. Some needed theaputics, like you. Some didn't. The only thing that baffles me is why some of my Conservative friends are so upset about the fact I got the jabs. I know I love myself a lot, but I had no idea that other anonymous forum friends like Cannonpointer and others cared so much about me. I didn't admonish any antivaxxers at the time. I respected the right to choice.. Son In Law and Grandson didn't get the jab.
