They're completely different animals...
real "dead cell vaccines" were used with pox, polio, etc...you only needed one, the chance of getting the disease was rare and those diseases are all but eradicated...

mRNA are tailored to get your immune system to react to specific spike proteins of specific strains...once the virus mutates, IE, changes in spike proteins will determine how your body reacts...sometimes you get lucky if any of the proteins remain...or you become a breakthrough case if you don't...

Yet all a person has to do is a little research on the subject to know that the conflicts of interest are legion, from the FDAs revolving door to the NIH and CDC patent profiteers. Let alone the "science" journals that eejuts like scottmoan believe are more credible than treating physicians/scientists that have had 99+% success ever since March of 2020, in treatment of elderly and high-risk patients for COVID-19.

COVID infection triggers the creation of many different types of antibodies, including the antibody for the spike protein.
