This place is his life.  He is 64, lives alone, wife left him years ago and he has no friends.  Before the purge he had well over 90,000 posts, all in a four year time frame.  There were weeks he had over 800 posts.

He is a pediatric surgeon,, she was the 6th woman to be board certified a neurosurgeon in the US.

Their daughter is a fellow in pediatric surgery, her hubby is a bright light in cardiovascular surgery - both at the largest medical center in the world.
