The weak don't attack because it will otherwise make them look weak. Putin will only attack if he knows there will be little response. PERIOD. Bullies don't pick on people they know will fight back. They also don't pick on people when they know others might come to their defense. Looks like NATO is making the correct maneuvers to keep the wee man bully in check. So threatening to invade is because we excepted Ukraine in NATO. You do know Ukraine isn't a member of NATO. Correct?
