What always gets left out of debates about education is those pesky parents. It is always framed as those wicked, evil, liberal teachers brainwashing our poor, well-intentioned, but hard working perfect decision makers... ie children. Hmmm..... so when your student is missing for 3 days and you call the parent up and they say, "Yeah.... why you bothering me"... it must be the teacher who is at fault. There can be no other explanation.

Wow, you got debunked, and next post you demand proof from others. Sometimes the students lie to parents that must not fracture their emotional tendencies to believe in reality or teachers will report child abuse and state removes children from parents to get their mind right.

Next.. what about parents who do not care if their son/daughter gets a C or D in whatever class. This is far more common than you want to admit. If the parents do not care... the students will most likely not care either. Like it or not, that's human nature.
