It's hard to justify demanding observing Geneva Conventions in such a circumstance.

Bloody faces isn’t evidence of any violations. You don’t know what happened. 

Nothing wrong with that. Do you have anything that shows they violated the Geneva Convention?

Speaking of violations of the Geneva Convention, the Russians have been shelling, bombing, rocketing Ukrainian hospitals, schools, and apartment complexes.  If this is actually the real thing, these two are Russian combatants and not some propaganda makeup job, I would say these two are lucky to be getting a ride in the back of a pickup truck.  If the Ukrainians had decided to chain them to the trailer hitch and drag their asses to wherever they were going...would I have a problem with it?

They’ll get over it.  Bombing hospitals is a more grievous violation.  Or running over non combatants with a tank.  Or indiscriminately fire rockets that land on or near apartment buildings.
