I already answered the question - we SHOULD enforce the laws. The question whether we should enforce them equally is a bad faith question, given that my entire complaint is that they are not being enforced equally.

Ok so why am I stupid/inferior to believe that the perp in this case should be arrested, charged, and convicted just like anyone else who commits the crime? The law and its enforcement are imperfect. There will always be decisions that someone disagrees with.

The implication that this will be the case is what's stupid. The purpose of the thread is to bemoan that this will likely NOT be the outcome - that these chimplike cretins are getting a pass from woke prosecutors whose policy it is to enforce the racism of low expectations. Responding with a banality like "They oughta do what's right" is not very substantive and in fact simply ducks the issue. It is far more powerful to call him out on lies or false claims using poignant information and reason, than attacking him personally or his race. Seems cheap and pointless to me.
