As a matter of fact I believe that the only entity that has faced fines and legal troubles is the Clinton Campaign and the DNC:

The story you linked to IS NOT that story, it is the story concerning the diary of his movements.  Which according to your story there is no evidence any law was broken.  I pointed this out to you.
