More like viruses !

Snakes are very beautiful and gracious creatures.

The only thing Dick Cheney ever did that was meritorious  . . .  was shooting a lawyer  . . .  officially  "by mistake" !

But I do not really like the rifle you suggested.
It's a pretty nice 308 Bullpup.

Personally, I like the K&N 308 Bullpup the best - all metal construction, over-engineered and many wear parts replaceable with AR-10 parts. Trigger is exceptional and tunable. That is now my go-to 308.

I have spent my life with the .357mag.
Cheap words don't shadow reality.
I will easily forgive your ignorance.

The .357mag is the # 1 man-stopper.
But today, the 10mm Glock-20 is the best deal in town.
Because it can match the stopping power of the vaulted .357mag.

Go in peace.
There is no friction between us.

I don't subscribe to any "best cartridge".  IMHO, 9mm, 40, 38 special (+P), 357, 10mm and 45 are all great handgun rounds.  Some .380 is right up there too. Personally, I like 9mm and 10mm due to higher capacities. Next up, would be .40, 380 and .357.

9mm is easy to shoot, cheap to shoot and practice with, easy to stay on target, easy to make quick follow up shots and it is a formidable cartridge. Is it as powerful as 357 or 10mm?  No, but it's not bad in defensive loads either.

Thank you, Sir.
I agree.
With these new pure-copper Barnes bullets,.....even 9mm is great man-stopper.
(over 90%)

I will share a secret.
The gun that fit best in my hand..............Glock 43X.
It felt......"just right".
Perfect for me.....if not everyone.                          But perfect for me.
Am I evolving ?                I don't know.
You know what I mean.
I am drinking beer.                              Logic.....is not my 1st. priority.

Of course it won't!  Even a 20mm Cannon round won't likely knock a man down.

Probably your best chance of "knocking a man down" would be with a beanbag round....

I mean, eventually if someone is shot in the right place, they will fall down.  But the round itself doesn't knock a person down. Basically a well-placed 10mm, 357 or 44 magnum will knock a bowling pin down.

LOL!  I like talking about guns for so many reasons - they are mechanical; they (some) still take skill to manufacture and finish; they go "BOOM"!  Still, the most effective tool to kill an animal or a human.  Guns have history and design history and history of the designers to keep one occupied reading books about them.  They are so cool on so many levels.  Just ask the Gun Jesus - now, this guy knows guns.....ImageYou know, the first thing I do when I buy a gun is take it apart. Here are some of the hardest guns I can remember fully disassembling and putting back together (pre-youtube)
  • H&R 32 Self Loading pistol - man, did I struggle with this one!
  • COP 357 - so weird - not like any other gun out there.
  • Boberg XR9s - Freaking weird as ****, not like any other gun out there.
Gun I won't even try taking apart - Colt Python.
Guns that can't be taken apart without ruining them - Semi-auto Demro Tac 9mm and Semi-auto Cobray M10 Open Bolt pistol or Carbine.

2 beanbag rounds fired simultaneously from a double-barrel shotgun might do it!

Tai-Dog will side with X-Dog.......if.......X-Dog is "Scrappin' Dog".
Same deal with Ukraine.
No fight......then no deal.
But........if the good men of Ukraine will ......."fight like Texans"..........the Texas-boys
will back Ukraine.
That is the way that I see it.
