These people who THINK they are "conservatives" are consistently duped into pushing progressive policies.

Conservatives have always outnumbered liberals at a the liberal forums.  It mirrors the fact that most Americans are conservative.  But conservatives I see are often in the mood to bash liberals because they angry and want someone to blame.   

Crazy enough, I believe that conservatives should have a voice in government but shouldn't be the only voice.  I've never seen any conservative say that about liberals.

Hindi is one of many languages spoken by Indians.  LOTS of Indians do not speak Hindi.  Hindi and English are the most commonly taught languages in India, but there are many, many others.

In my experience, "progress" very often means a handful of fellas making a piss-pot of money, and thousands of their neighbors taking a bath.

Example: A REIT decides to build a beautiful A-class apartment complex on the north end of town. Manicured lawns, water treatments, a full gym, covered parking and concierge service are among the amenities. They also put in a small housing development - say, 300 homes. 

In all, this REIT has added a thousand dwellings, which translates to 1500 more cars on the once-bucolic 2-lane road servicing the property. Now, traffic snarls become routine - and not just for the residents of the new development, but for all the folks who lived out that way. It's taking weeks off their lives every year, keeping them from their hobbies, families, r&r. The pat answer? "Hey, that's the cost of progress." The begged question: "Who SHOULD be paying the costs of progress?" I suspect perhaps those harvesting the profits of progress. 

The owners of the REIT have on-shored their assets and off-shored their liabilities. Now, the town will have to pay for new road, and the citizens will have to suffer until it's completed. Then they'll have to pay for the bonds. Perhaps the true costs of that development ought to have been met by its architects directly, and recouped in mortgages and rents. At a minimum, some resonable abatements ought to have been agreed to, before the permits were issued.

Urdu is mostly spoken in Pakistan, but not exclusively, due to the massive presence of filthy muslimes in India ! !

And a little Konkani, which is spoken in south Maharastra, Goa and north Karnataka.

But the Cuban  @Xavier_Onassis  is right  . . .  millions in India do not speak or understand Hindi !
