McConnell had mentioned slowing down tax increases, making it easier to drill and the fact that control of the house and senate would slow down the Biden Agenda.

But besides that they are not saying much.

Who's "they"?  Republicans?  They don't control anything right now, except barely the Senate.   What the Republicans better be doing is figuring out exactly what they will do if/when they control the house and senate. They better be able to move with lightning speed.  It's just possible that we could get a 2/3'd majority "veto-proof" Congress.
