one part of the argument is no additional inspections are required because the countries we will import from have the SAME or similar inspection criteria.  Another argument is that the FDA does not need additional money for this because they already have enough.

And last once you expand them with extra inspectors they are not cut back when the “crisis” is over,

And to add to that if the countries have similar or the same criteria there is no need to further the delay by adding yet another inspection step.
