Aunt Jemima, Uncle Ben and the Land O' Lakes Indian Maiden were mascots chosen by WHITE people.
The Quaker Oats guy was chosen by a non-Quaker, because at the time, Quakers were distinguished by always being honest and truthful. Before this brand came along, oats were thought of as an ideal thing to feed your horse, and animal food was seen as being too impure to feed to people. The Quaker mascot was to say, "It's pure oats, nothing else added in".
I cannot recall of any widespread attacks on Aunt Jemima or Uncle Ben, but they were portrayed as loyal and competent servants to the plantation aristocracy. Indians had no cattle, therefore no cows and of course, no butter. I think the Land O'Lakes mascot was basically ornamental. Butter was not an Indian thing.
A typical Indian thing from Minnesota was wild rice, which is quite good, but not really rice at all.
One thing the Indians became famous for was fry bread, made by frying batter mostly composed of government issued wheat flour in government issued lard. In New Mexico, these are also called sopapillas.

"Free" unskilled labor did nothing to help the United States. A few southern plantation owners got slightly more rich than they would have had they paid unskilled laborers.

Quaker Oats was entirely disassociated with Quakers as well. The company was never owned by Quakers. I mostly look for the price of grocery products, and then check out the quality. Most brand name products are identical to the good store brands (Aldis and Publix) and the main difference is that the price is rather a lot higher.
Communism has not a thing to do with this.

This is such a ridiculous "wannabe the case" notion. Isn't it human nature to work enthusiastically at optimum levels without compensation? Of course not. This is when blacks got the reputation for being slovenly. They performed minimally and rarely earned their keep. This is precisely why sharecropping came about. They had to institute sharecropping so they would work just hard enough to produce their own food.
The foremost authority and historian for the the US during the 1800's was De Toqueville and he clearly documented the realities of slavery during this time. He noted the stark contrast between the work ethic, industriousness, and ingenuity of free Americans as compared to the slaves. He also attributed it to the complete lack of any motivation to produce due to the absence of the capitalistic motivations free Americans enjoyed. No government interference and free Americans solved issues on their own without any expectations for government involvement. Something De Toqueville made note of in large contrast with their European contemporaries too.

There might be some truth in your post. The life of a slave comes with no incentives.
