On Tuesday conservative SCOTUS Justice Roberts put out a statement bemoaning the supposed "leak" of the Court's overturning of Roe v Wade, saying, "To the extent this betrayal of the confidences of the Court was intended to undermine the integrity of our operations, it will not succeed. The work of the Court will not be affected in any way," Chief Justice Roberts responds to leaked Supreme Court draft opinion
The INTEGRITY OF THEIR OPERATIONS?? WHAT INTEGRITY??
Does he speak of the "integrity" behind conservative reversal after reversal of PRECEDENCE long established by the Court?
Is he speaking of the "integrity" they demonstrated when, in 2013 they rolled back the protections afforded American citizens by the landmark Voting Rights Act of 1965?
Or perhaps the rulings of his conservative justices that served to undermine, mail in voting, unions, and pandemic response safe protocols?
Does he speak of the "integrity" of the Court when Justices Scalia and Thomas scurried off to meetings with conservative think tanks, and strategy planners?
Or maybe the "integrity" shown when their conservative colleague, Justice Scalia (may he rot in hell) suggested Black students belonged in "slower track" schools.
No doubt he is also speaking of the "integrity" shown when Clarence Thomas took the unprecedented step of actually POSING with a candidate for office, Hershel Walker.
Or perhaps the "integrity" shown by conservative justices who deliberately LIED TO THE FACES OF EVERY AMERICAN when questioned about their positions on Roe v Wade.
And the "integrity" they showed TIME AFTER TIME, when the freely handed out PRO-TRUMP ruling after ruling via their secret "shadow docket," often without even a commentary.
Or could it have been the "integrity" of Thomas' wife, Ginni Thomas, who was not only an advocate for, but an actual PARTICIPANT in an attempted COUP AND OVERTHROW OF THIS NATIONS DEMOCRACY?

Integrity?? Frankly, at this point, I doubt the CONSERVATIVE ARM OF THE SCOTUS WOULD KNOW "INTEGRITY" IF IT SNUCK UP AND BIT THEM IN THE ***.

Mitch McConnell Warns GOP Controlled Congress Would Ban All Abortion Across The Nation
Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) warned in an interview Saturday that a national ban on abortion is “possible” if the Supreme Court guts Roe v. Wade as it’s expected to do — and federal lawmakers then pass a law prohibiting abortion across the country.
That would mean pregnant Americans would have to travel out of the U.S. to obtain an abortion.

Are Alito and a Corrupt Court Sandbagging Us? Law professors Melissa Murray of New York University School of Law and Leah Litman of the University of Michigan Law School recently wrote an opinion piece in the Washington Post titled, “Alito’s aggressive ruling would reach way beyond Roe.”
They wrote that Alito’s opinion implicitly invited “a flurry of challenges to other precedents, including cases protecting contraception and LGBTQ civil rights,” and the opinion’s “indignant tone and aggressive reasoning make clear how empowered this conservative majority believes itself to be.”
'Intellectually bankrupt': Alito's Roe v Wade opinion trashed by constitutional scholar On Sunday, constitutional law expert Laurence Tribe had little good to say about a draft opinion from conservative Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito that attempts to make the case that the 1973 Roe v Wade ruling should be overturned.
According to Tribe, the Harvard University Professor Emeritus, the ruling isn't worth the paper it's printed on.

Roberts is still a conservative. So he's a **** conservative. Which means, as far as abortion goes, he would prefer to chip away at it in the federal system, rather than have his legacy be that of a radical ultra-orthodox christian **** who allowed his religious beliefs to affect his judicial judgment and opinion.

The primary reason why the SCOTUS is less than digified is because of the three mediocrities put on the court by Trump and McConnell. Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) argued that the Supreme Court “burned whatever legitimacy” it had left with their decision on Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, and the only solution is to pack the court with more justices.
Warren spoke with ABC’s Martha Raddatz on Sunday about the Supreme Court’s overruling of Roe V. Wade and the rollback of federal protections for the right to have an abortion. Denouncing the ruling as the culmination of conservative efforts against abortion, the Massachusetts senator said the Right accomplished their goals by “getting extremist judges into the United States Supreme Court. And let’s see how much credibility those justices have now.”

These ultra-originalist Jurors were handpicked by the Federalist society. They all lied at their confirmation hearings. Just like the Republican Party, they have taken the country backwards due to fanatical ideology. The majority of Americans currently have less respect for the Supreme court than any time in our nations history.

They have long worked behind the scenes manipulating and dictating policy as well as judicial appointees, since the time of Reagan. They just shout all that "deep state" s----- about liberals to get people of the scent of WHO THEY ARE AND WHAT THEY DO.
I knew something ominous was coming down the pike when they started getting all defensive (months back) about America's perception re. their "integrity."
I also believe it was the conservative wing of the court behind the early release of their impending Roe v Wade decision. Notice how quickly their so-called hunt for the "leaker" died away.
They aired the opinion to see how America would react. And America's lack of reaction assured them they could overturn Roe and GET AWAY WITH IT.
