However, I come at it from the standpoint of him not having the passion,energy,desire to do the job. He bowed out in 2016 due to this and so as one gets older, one has less energy. It makes sense that he would simply not run and go out to pasture.

I don't know. Unlike you and others on here, when I am home I do not watch foxnews, msnbc, nbc, cnn... none of it. First, comes the wife and kids and then once that is done then I prefer something entertaining/insightful not just listening to people bitch and whine incessantly.
