Wasn't too bad, but it lasted. Here I am in August 2022 and I still have symptoms. I have "long covid". I didn't know that was a thing, but it is.

And it's not something to joke about. It is real. So anyone who says it's a hoax, can suck my Cuban cock!

Sorry to hear that, RWS.  Last year the missus and I got the first two shots and the booster (Pfizer) and currently waiting on the September rollout of that new one.  No symptoms or reactions from either...nada.

I caught something  from who knows, around the same time as you, after a routine doctor's visit. It started with a lot of sneezing then cough and body aches but never got worse than a mild flu.

I isolated myself took OTC meds for the symptoms. Was over it in 5 days. Also got one of those rapid tests. It came back negative but I was pretty dried up by then so maybe that nasal swab didn't work and it was a false reading.  Who knows? 

What I do know is I thank God we got those shots.

I'm ok too. It's not like "long covid" is an everyday thing. Once every 1 or 2 weeks, and less now, totally manageable! The symptoms for me are lethargy, pain, fever, light-headedness, and seeing stars. The stars part kills me bc i can barely see my computer screen while I'm trying to work. So at that point I have to lie down. That's rare, but it happened last week.
